My "Momma" let's me know that there is NOTHING that I can't do! I can say to her " I am running for President or I am going to be the first Woman to...", her reponse is always "You Can Do It! How can I help?". She is the "consummate Corner Woman".

Michele & Taryn inspire me because, after their greatest tragedies, the deaths of their husbands, they created what they needed but hadn't found: a community of widows like themselves. Michele, through her Soaring Spirits Loss Foundation, created Camp Widow (campwidow.org); Taryn Davis founded the American Widow Project (americanwidowproject.org), "unifying the new generation of military widows."
