To My Wonderful Mother,
Thank you for being my cheerleader when times seem tough and always encouraging me to follow my dreams, despite the challenges along the way. I can only hope to be as inspiring as you one day!

To Amy,
I hope that your relationship with Jason lasts forever, just like i wish this Luna bar would too. You are both so sweet. <3

To My Mom, Mandy.,
You're the strongest woman I know. You supported me through it all, even when you were scared, even when I was scared. I don't know if I would have made it through with out you. Everyday I look at you, I want to be just like you. You're the best mom anyone could have.

To Beth,
you are the one person that i come to when i need a shoulder to lean on, and you always take the time to listen to me and only give me an opinion when i ask for it(which is all too often!)....you are a loving wife to John and a great mom to Emily, Wyatt and Sarah and for all that you are my hero!

To Granny,
Even after all that you went through at such a young age, you never let it get in the way of you being a wonderful, loving person. You have taught me that obstacles in life do not weaken our spirits, but rather strengthen our hearts and allow us to appreciate the things in life we DO have. Like Awesome Grannies!

To kelli,
no matter what obstacle I seemed to effortlessly throw at you as a careless angsty daughter, you seemed to use it to show me the right way to live I am eternally grateful for the lessons you taught me without me realizing as well as those I hold on to so dearly since I have left.

To My Dearest Cara,
My daughter has turned me into a better person. She has taught me patience, compassion, and understanding. She has shown me love from the first day we met. I hope I inspire her as I cross the finish line at races. I'm so thankful for my strong healthy body.

To My youngest sis Melissa.,
When you were in grade school you wrote an assignment about how I inspired you. But, I want you to know that you inspire me. While eating a chocolate peppermint Luna bar and reading the nutritional facts and inspiration on the back of the wrapper; I was reminded that I am making healthier choices because of the healthy lifestyle you live. Thanks for sharing and motivating me to do the same. Love you.

She makes me want to do better for myself and not settle for ordinary.
This woman is my heart and she makes me want to share it with the world. Thats just how beautiful she is

To my dad,
My dad started running after he quit smoking, when I was around 20 years old. In the 20 following years, he ran 6 marathons before the accumulated damage from so many years of smoking finally took his toll. My dad had to push really hard to be able to run since his lungs and heart were very compromised, but he gave it his all and I'm incredibly proud of him. I miss him terribly now.
