To My Wonderful Mother,
My mother is a beautiful and strong woman who is always there to give me the best advice. She loves me for me and I have more reasons to be grateful for her than I can fit on a LUNA bar label. To Sally Edwards,
Sally Edwards is a heart rate guru, ironman and now has been inducted into the hall of fame. At one of her heart rate seminars, she mentioned that she coaches teams for the Danskin Triathlon Series. She said she sure she comes in last place at each race, so no one else would. That was it for me! I signed up to be one of her coaches. I have coached a beginner womens team every year since 2004!

At 93 years old, you have seen the world evolve in ways I can only imagine through your wonderful stories.
